The Sugar Land Garden Club will hold its 9th Annual Spring Garden Tour on Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 9 am to 4 pm.  Held annually on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, the tour is a fun event to incorporate into Mother’s Day celebrations. The tour, which is open to the public, showcases gardens that reflect a wide variety of styles and designs in the Sugar Land and surrounding area.  Proceeds from the tour go towards the funding the annual horticultural scholarship program offered by the Sugar Land Garden Club, purchasing books for the library, and other community service projects undertaken by the club.

Tickets can be bought the day of the tour at any house. Cost is $10 for all eight gardens or $2 for one garden.
